The hard work, determination and resilience of Year 11 at Hardenhuish has been rewarded with a set of GCSE results to be very proud of. There are many individual success stories and lots of young people now able to pursue their next steps of choice because of their exam success.
Lisa Percy, Headteacher commented “Each and every young person collecting their results today should be proud of all that they have achieved, and it is an absolute joy to be able to share in their celebrations. Over the last 5 years not only have they worked hard and applied themselves to their studies, but they have also managed the many challenges of Covid and have contributed to the life of our school in so many ways. The unstinting support of the Year 11 team, their teachers and parents has played a significant part in their success and we wish the Year 11 of 2023 well, whether they are staying at Hardenhuish or moving on to continue their education elsewhere.”
The Year 11 Learning Manager, Dan Henley added “The year group have shown an inspirational amount of determination and resilience over the last two years and it has been a real pleasure to watch them thrive and take on the challenge of the GCSEs”.
Congratulations to the Year 11 of 2023 for your fantastic results! We hope that you enjoy your celebrations, wish you well for the future and look forward to hearing of your successes.
